Flowers Refund Policy 

It is not normal policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and floral gift is individual, we will review requests for refunds — both full and partial — as well as resends on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Assurance & Complaints

Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by our network of suppliers.

Quality issues: Must be reported within 72 hours (with photo depicting the whole arrangement not close-ups). A quality complaint is anything to do with an order that was delivered including but not limited to poor quality, missing items, expired items, wrong items, and value of items and so on. A high-quality photo is mandatory for quick resolution to quality complaints.

Non-delivery: Must be reported within 1 week.

Complaints received outside this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Basket Returns & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your gift, We will refund you fully within 5 business days ONLY if your gift has not been sent to production or shipped from our warehouses.

  2. If your order has been made by our production team but not shipped, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs for our team to make your gift, print gift cards, administration, credit card fees, and packing for shipping of the order. We will refund your order transaction less $20

  3. If your order has already left our premises and is on-board for delivery, we will NOT be able to cancel your gift delivery.

Shipping Damage Refund Policy
We takes the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered. In the rare situation that the contents of a Gift Basket have been damaged in transit We will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser. Reasonable damage to packaging is to be expected when shipping with freight companies such as Australia Post and StarTrack.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase from We all we ask is the parcel is returned in the same condition it was received and a refund of the Gift Basket will be processed (excluding delivery fees and Shopify transaction fees, variable per order).

Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods at our warehouse.
