Flowers - Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery applies to most residential and business addresses so long as your order is placed before 12pm on a weekday and 9am on Saturdays. Sunday delivery outside of Mother’s Day available in selected areas only.

Same day cut-off and delivery times do not apply during peak floral events, including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Christmas. Please refer to the website for order cut-off times during these periods.

We cannot guarantee same day delivery to funeral services.

Weekend & Public Holiday Delivery

- Saturday: Possible in most regions if ordered by 9 AM.

- Sunday & Public Holidays: Generally unavailable. Orders default to the next business day

Time-Sensitive Deliveries

Timed delivery is not guaranteed. We recommend:

Indicating “AM,” “PM,” or “ASAP” for preference.

Providing an alternate address if timing is critical (e.g. hotel checkouts or events)

Failed Deliveries

Deliveries may be deemed complete if:

- Recipient refuses delivery

- Address is incorrect

- No one is home and no instructions were left

- Delivery is made to a hospital where a "leave at reception" policy is in place

Couriers may leave a “not at home” card or deliver to a “safe” location if permitted. Additional charges may apply for reattempts.

Non-Delivery Enquiries

All non-delivery enquiries should be referred to us within one week of the scheduled delivery date. Complaints received after this time frame will be considered on an individual basis; however, there is no guarantee of compensation after this period.  Please contact our friendly customer service team.

Special Delivery Situations

Hospitals and newborns

Deliveries usually go to reception or loading docks. We recommend sending gifts for newborns to home addresses.

Christmas and peak seasons

Delivery times may be longer due to courier volume. Orders placed after 19th December cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Perishable hampers & fruit/grazing boxes

Available to select Melbourne Metro areas only due to freshness requirements and border restrictions.

If Recipient Is Not Home / Incorrect Address

  • Couriers may leave your hamper at the door if it is safe and authorized, otherwise a card is left for redelivery or collection.

  • Please provide a correct address and mobile number to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Fees may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect details and need to be resent.

Responsibility and Limitations

  • We partner with reputable courier services but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control such as weather and courier delays.

  • We track all shipments and assist with delivery issues but are not responsible for theft from doorsteps or unclaimed packages.

  • Refunds will not be issued if delivery instructions are not followed or the wrong delivery option is selected.
